Short presentation

Head of the Studies and Analysis Unit at the Catalan Institute for Cultural Heritage Research. Member of the research group “Heritage and cultural uses.”  His research is focused on  the uses of cultural heritage and Heritagisation. He is a member of the Network of Experts of the Campus of International Excellence in Cultural Heritage. He has published research about the use of cultural and heritage processes at national and international level. Interested in the potential of ICT for research, heritage interpretation and scientific communicationIn the field of archeology specializes in Iberian culture. It is co-director of excavations at the Iberian settlement of San Sebastian de la Guarda (Palafrugell, Baix Empordà) since 1999 and has directed several excavations. He is a member of the group “Archaeology and Prehistory Laboratory” at the UdG. His PhD is based on the Iberian settlement of San Sebastian de la Guarda (Palafrugell, Baix Empordà). Associated professor at the University of Girona giving the subject  “Protohistory of the Iberian Peninsula”.
